Hosting

All hosting fees are due upon receipt of your hosting invoice at the beginning of each month (unless otherwise specified by contract). In the event that hosting fees are not paid within 45 days of the issue date on the invoice, a 1.5% finance charge will be applied to your hosting fees. If payment is not received within 100 days of the issue date on the invoice, your website will be disconnected. We may resume hosting services upon receipt of all past-due hosting fees along with a $40 reconnection charge.

Payments

Payments may be made by check or credit card. Credit card payments over $1,000 will be subject to a 4% processing fee. In the event that payment is not received within 45 days of the issue date on an invoice, a 1.5% finance charge will be applied to your past-due balance (unless otherwise specified by contract or other written agreement).

Bad/Cancelled Check Fee

In the event that a client writes us a check that does not clear there will be a $25 fee added to the clients account balance (unless otherwise specified by contract).

Revisions to Terms and Conditions

Direct Response Web Solutions, Inc. may at any time revise the content of this site including the Terms and Conditions by updating the information that is posted. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
